Due: Monday, September 15, 2025, 11:59 PM
Learning Target

- Write meaningful SMART goals
- Identify resources needed to complete a task
Instructions
Step 1:
Make a copy of the proposal template:
Advanced Computer Science Proposal Template
Step 2:
Use the brainstorming and responses from the prior assignments to help you complete this proposal.
Step 3:
Your plan needs to be detailed enough that:
-
- Others can visualize what learning will take place during the quarter/semester
- You have a specific learning pathway that will reach your goals
- You have demonstrated that your learning plan has value to you or others
You should submit your proposal when you've reached the point of "diminishing returns" for your time (it takes too much time to figure out what to add or improve).
If your plan is sufficiently clear, well thought out and rigorous in its initial form, then it will be approved as written and you will receive a score for both the first draft and the approved plan. Otherwise, it will be evaluated and returned to you with suggestions for revision.
