- Demonstrate progress toward a goal to a specific level of mastery
Instructions
Step 1:
Choose one of the goals from your approved Learning Proposal. If it isn't approved, be sure to get it approved to avoid this assignment being late!
If you made a modification to your original plan, be sure you formulate a new goal and have it approved.
Step 2:
Create an empty folder in your Google Drive account. Share this folder with:
tim.helland@lebanon.k12.or.us.
Step 3:
Add these items to this folder:

- A Google Doc called Assessment Overview. This document should include:
- The goal(s) you are addressing
- The specific learning activities you are documenting
- Any challenges or obstacles that should be considered in the evaluation
- Any additional information that should be considered in the evaluation
- An written evidence not included in separate files
- Files with supporting evidence and documentation. These should be carefully named or organized in folders. Here are some commonly submitted items:
- Screenshots
- Artwork
- Pictures
- Written documentation
- Source Code
- Video or audio recordings
- A Google Doc called Assessment Overview. This document should include:
