Guidelines:
Here are some questions to ask yourself to ensure your notebook is ready for submission. These questions are based on the progress notebook description in the syllabus.

- Have you identified what goal you are currently working on?
- Do you have daily progress recorded in your notebook for each school day?
- Have you reflected on your overall progress each Friday?
- Did you make any changes or adjustments to your plan? If so, have you discussed them with the teacher?
- What have you learned so far?
- Is your notebook clearly labeled so that it is easy to find things?
- Does your notebook convey professionalism in its presentation and completion?
